A Career of Growth and Innovation

Chris is an experienced technology executive and board leader with a track record of scaling SaaS businesses, driving profitable growth, and leading complex transformations in highly regulated industries.

Chris is currently Chief Executive Officer of PerformLine, the industry-leading marketing compliance oversight platform for highly regulated industries. PerformLine enables financial institutions and other regulated enterprises to meet evolving regulatory requirements through advanced monitoring, supervision, and compliance automation. As CEO, Chris is focused on accelerating growth, expanding product innovation, and strengthening PerformLine’s position as the market standard for compliant digital engagement.

Prior to PerformLine, Chris served as CEO, Americas at Treasury Intelligence Solutions (TIS), a SaaS provider of B2B liquidity and payments solutions to Global 5000 companies. In this role, he was responsible for establishing and scaling TIS’s presence in the Americas through a combination of organic and inorganic growth, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. Chris built the U.S. go-to-market strategy, strengthened product-market fit through strategic partnerships, and transformed the Americas region into a material contributor to global revenue.

In addition to his regional leadership responsibilities, Chris previously served as a Board Director at TIS and later transitioned to the global leadership team at TIS GmbH, where he played a leading role in setting corporate strategy, raising capital, spearheading M&A initiatives, and driving global GTM execution. These efforts resulted in significant topline growth and culminated in a majority investment by Marlin Equity Partners in March 2024.

Before TIS, Chris was Chairman and CEO of Scivantage (2015–2020), a leading provider of enterprise wealth management and tax solutions to top-tier banks and brokerages. He successfully led a multi-year turnaround, returning the company to growth and profitability, and ultimately completed the strategic sale of Scivantage to Refinitiv in March 2020.

Earlier, Chris served as Chairman of GoodCompany Ventures, a social enterprise accelerator focused on addressing large, unmet social needs. During his tenure, he played a key role in funding early-stage social enterprises and led the successful combination of two non-profits into a larger 501(c)(3) organization with expanded reach and impact.

From 2000 to 2020, Chris held multiple senior leadership roles at GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCAP), a pioneer in online currency trading, including Chief Operating Officer, Board Director, and Risk Committee Chair. As COO, he helped scale GAIN from a pre-revenue startup into a publicly listed global company operating FOREX.com, one of the world’s most recognized retail trading brands serving clients in over 100 countries. As a board member and Risk Committee Chair, he worked closely with management on multiple nine-figure acquisitions and strategic tuck-ins, culminating in the sale of GAIN to StoneX (NASDAQ: SNEX) in July 2020.

Earlier in his career, Chris was Chief Operating Officer of FNX Limited, a provider of trading and risk management solutions to money-center and large investment banks. Over eight years, he helped grow FNX from startup to industry leader and played a central role in its sale to a leading LBO firm. FNX later became part of the SunGard/FIS portfolio.

Chris holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from La Salle University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
